Privacy notice

What we collect and why

We use email, password hashes for email accounts, an optional display name, account/login timestamps, sessions, saved strategies, research statistics, candle grants and usage records, the record of the terms you accepted, and problem records used to troubleshoot (the path, status and message of failed requests, the screen in use, errors reported by your browser, and when you were last active) to provide the service. Google sign-in supplies an identifier, verified email, name and an available profile-photo URL, never your Google password. Kakao sign-in (Korean edition) supplies a member number, the Kakao account email, nickname and profile-photo URL. Telegram chat identifiers and connection state are used for requested alerts.

Your IP address is processed automatically to limit sign-in and sign-up attempts and to pick a language edition; it is not linked to your account. Full results such as charts and trades stay in your browser.

Children

The service is not directed to children. You must be 14 or older to create an account.

Retention and account deletion

Account data is retained while providing your account. After identity confirmation, Delete account removes your profile, research, report files, alert connections and usage records from the active application. Pending jobs must first stop. Deactivation alone does not erase data.

Rate-limit records, which include your IP address, are deleted after 24 hours. Problem records are deleted after 90 days, or immediately when you delete your account.

Separate backups are removed after the backup retention period shown below and are used only for restoring the service. Shared public market data is not personal data and remains.

Service providers and storage

Account data is stored with the hosting provider and in the region shown below. Google (sign-in and profile images), Kakao (sign-in, Korean edition), Telegram (alerts you connect), the configured email provider (verification codes) and PortOne with its card processor (payments) process the information needed for those features.

Your browser connects directly to some services: it downloads market prices from the exchanges' public APIs, the calculation engine from the jsDelivr CDN and fonts from Google Fonts, which reveals your IP address to them. This service does not connect an exchange account or place orders.

We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.

Your choices and US state rights

View your information, update your display name or delete your account from My account. Contact the operator below for other access, correction or deletion requests. Additional rights may apply depending on your state and whether its law applies to the operator; this notice does not claim every state privacy statute applies. It does not limit applicable consumer rights.

Payments

For purchases we record the payment identifier, item, amount, status and purchase email. Card details are handled by PortOne and the card processor, not by LogiCandle. Payment records are kept for the period required by tax and consumer law (up to five years), including after account deletion.

Cookies and browser storage

The session cookie lasts up to seven days, sign-in verification cookies up to ten minutes, and the cookie that remembers your chosen edition up to one year. Language, strategy drafts and analysis results are stored in your browser. We use no advertising or analytics tracking cookies. You can block cookies in your browser, but signing in will not work.

Security

Passwords are stored as one-way hashes and sessions as hashed tokens. Connections use HTTPS and integration secrets are stored encrypted. Only the operator can access the production database.

Changes to this notice

Changes are announced in the service at least 7 days before they take effect, and material changes at least 30 days before. The effective date and earlier editions appear at the top of this page.
