Research service
LogiCandle is a backtesting and validation tool, offered as a beta, for computing chart rules you define on historical public data. Basic use is free; additional candles can be purchased.
It does not provide investment advice, solicitation, brokerage, custody or order execution. Access to historical exchange data does not establish eligibility to trade on that exchange. Upbit selection is available only on the Korean edition.
Strategy store and alerts
Strategies in the store are published techniques from books and videos written out as chart rules for research. The figures shown with them are past results of those rules on a stated symbol and period, not a recommendation to buy or sell any asset.
An alert tells you that conditions you saved matched on a closed candle. It is not a trade signal or solicitation, and what you do next is your decision. Alerts can be delayed or missed because of the data source or Telegram.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must be 14 or older. Use an email you control and protect your sign-in credentials. Do not access another user's data, disrupt the service, bypass usage limits or send bulk automated requests. Access may be restricted for confirmed abuse or security issues; we will tell you why and you may object through the contact below. Your saved strategies remain yours; they are processed only to provide the service.
Results and their limits
Historical results do not guarantee future returns. Missing data, costs, liquidity and fill/liquidation assumptions can differ from actual trading. Prices come unchanged from exchanges and other third parties; their accuracy and continuity are not guaranteed.
Candles
Candles are usage units for runs, validation, monitoring, the strategy store and PDF export. The amount a job uses is shown before it runs, and candles for failed or cancelled jobs are returned. Candles cannot be transferred to another account or used outside the service. Candles granted for free have no cash value.
Purchases and refunds
Candle packs are priced in USD at checkout and processed by PortOne and its card processor; LogiCandle does not receive card numbers. Within 7 days of purchase an unused pack is refunded in full. Otherwise, purchased candles still in your balance are refunded pro rata to the price paid. Free candles are treated as used first. Request refunds through the contact below; we submit the cancellation within 3 business days and card refunds follow the processor's timelines.
If you are under 18, make purchases only with a parent or guardian's permission.
Changes to the service and these terms
Features, candle amounts and limits may change, and the service may be interrupted by maintenance, outages or third-party data, sign-in, payment or alert providers. Changes to these terms are announced in the service at least 7 days before they take effect, and material changes at least 30 days before. If the service closes in a way that makes purchased candles unusable, we give 30 days' notice and refund the purchased candles that remain.
Account deletion
You may delete your account at any time from My account. Deletion removes account data and remaining free candles; request a refund of remaining purchased candles before deleting.
Liability and applicable rights
The service is provided as is, without warranties, to the extent the law allows. The operator is not liable for losses from your investment decisions or trades or from errors or outages in third-party data, except where caused by the operator's intent or gross negligence. Applicable federal and state consumer protections remain in effect. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
